Exmouth Court is a complex of 39 one and two bed-roomed flats which stand in the grounds of Exmouth House Care Home.

The Court is managed by Ashmore Management Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Somerset Redstone Trust, which administers the properties and ensures that they are maintained to the highest order.
